Our team has a combined experience in excess of 15 years in Property Law, Deceased Estate Administration, Will, Trusts as well as Road Accident Fund Claims. We strongly believe that having a team that specializes in practice areas which we have the most passion, aptitude and skill not only sets us apart but also enables us to pay individual attention to all our clients and offer a personalized service.

We are a black-owned law firm situated in the heart of Johannesburg. We believe that our location is strategic to cater for the needs of our clients who require assistance from the Master of the High Court as well as the Deeds office of Johannesburg.

We are a level 1 B-BBEE contributor and pride ourselves in serving the needs of our clients. Our clients may be residents of the inner city, however a vast majority of our clients travel from all townships and suburbs around Gauteng in search of assistance.

Road Accident Fund Claims

  • Initial consultation to determine extent of injuries and/or loss
  • liaison with the police department and medical facilities to obtain records
  • Lodgment of documents at the Road Accident Fund
  • Referral to specialists consultations if necessary
  • Court appearances and/or settlement offers
  • Perusal and acceptance of “Offers” from the Road Accident Fund.
